Jing Dong, the founder of the firm, holds an LLB degree from Peking University as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law.

Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1992, and a former associate attorney with Alston & Bird, Mrs. Dong, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association for two decades specializes in both employment and family based immigration. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, she is passionate about helping those in troubled situations. She is always willing to work with clients with difficult financial conditions. She is committed to the withstanding of social justice and is always looking to contribute her time and expertise to make America a better place.

Irene M. Li received her Bachelor of Laws degree from China Normal University of Political Science and Law. She was also awarded her Master of Laws degree from Tulane University Law School. Irene joined our firm in 2018 and is an expert in non-immigrant work visa petitions and employment-based green card petitions, including National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB1A (Aliens of Extraordinary Ability), EB1B (Outstanding Professors and Researchers), and PERM Labor Certification. Irene is a member in good standing of the State Bar of New York.
